Roof Inspection

Roof inspections are intended to catch any existing problems or potential problems with your roof. NBS Roofing performs thorough roof inspections on homes and businesses all over WNY. We look for signs of damage or deterioration that are noticeably visible. We also look for signs that don’t look like anything serious at the time, but could turn into something much bigger and worse over time. Inspections are meant to keep your roof in the best shape possible in both the present and future.

Our roofers look for shingles that are missing, curling, or blistering; moss or mold growth; signs of a leak on the outside of your roof; cracked caulk or rust spots on flashing; dark areas on ceilings inside your home; damp spots alongside your fireplace; and much more.
